What is New Media Writing?
In this class, we took different types of blogs and made them through assignments. The theme I chose through this class was softball. This was the class that originated this website, Travel Through Softball, all my projects were based around softball and travel, and how they intermingled with one another.
Within this course, the blogs were individual assignments. There was the start of introducing who I was and what to look forward to within this course, the following blog is about Listicles, different examples of them, and what they are, following is a version I created through the theme of softball and travel, etc.
Directly below is a map of every single softball field I have ever played on since I first started playing the sport. I did this for the website to my own standards and a visual for anyone interested.
Where have I been?
I have traveled to many different states and now countries to play the sport I have grown to love. Below are two screenshots of the locations in each country I have played at with an attached link allowing you to see the fields in further detail. Each pinpoint placed on this map are fields I have played on since I first started playing softball and I wanted to share with everyone the places I have seen due to my love for traveling while playing the sport I have called home for decades.
