Radio Joins Modern Technology
Problem: Radio stations are struggling to keep their listeners to stay and listen to their broadcasts because many people want to listen to uninterrupted music; ad-free, news-free, talk-free, etc.
Solution: Creating the Beta App allows more involvement for the listeners. They can chip in with what they want to hear more from their favorite hosts/cohosts. The Beta App is a community within the platform, creating more opportunities for listeners to engage and radio stations to evolve for the interest of their supporters.
Beta App Walkthrough
This course was to be used for creating a presentation of everything we have learned as Rosemont students. I have always had a fascination with Radio. My idea is to create a Beta Application for Radio Stations. Radio has struggled with transitioning to modern technology and finding ways to keep listeners engaged. The App will give more outreach for listeners and hosts to have more interactions as well as involvement to make radio more inclusive.

This Beta App was something I have never done before and I wanted to take a leap and be spontaneous. This app is meant to be a platform where stations and listeners can create a community within a social platform and connect with one another to evolve and grow.
