Hi everyone! Happy month of Spring! I know it may not feel like spring just yet but I promise we will get there!

This week's post is going to be a little different. Over the last few weeks, one of my teammates'/classmates' and I were working on collecting information on a specific social media platform. Our platform was TikTok!

We ended up creating a survey that we sent all over the place, through friends and family, social media, etc. We ended up collecting around 60 responses for this assignment. If you are curious to know how that presentation turned out, I have posted the link at the end of this post!

For this post, we were asked, as a class to mention a fun fact we found throughout our research and the one thing that stood out to me was the age groups. The age group with the votes was 20-22-year-olds. I don't know why other than the fact that we mainly passed out our survey to college students and we thought a majority of them were to be freshmen which were our 17-19-year-old range, but this range ended up in last place.

My teammate and I had a lot of fun researching for this platform, considering we are both on TikTok a lot, it made this a little easier for us to find the information we were seeking throughout our studies.

To tie this post into the idea of softball and travel, they are both very easy topics/themes to find on TikTok and I think that is what I love about the platform. Anyone can find any kind of theme they wish if they are willing to do a little digging and that's what makes the app such a unique platform. I have seen so many different posts about softball, as well as traveling with, of course, the combination of both! I do think TikTok will be around for many years to come, all because it is so different and varied for everyone!
